The place was wonderful and had pleasant and polite stuff at all times, really enjoyed the stay. Bread, cereals, and fruit where better than expected. The restaurant was reasonably priced for dinner, we ordered warm dishes. The location was great and perfect, only 5 minutes walk to Los Cancajos.

It was clean, the staff was pleasant, plus the service was top-notch. Its location to the National Park which was equally breathtaking was great and absolutely perfect.

Hotel is fantastic, and tidy, there's great pool and the location is marvellous in the pizzeria next to the Hacienda. Incredibly nice staff here at all times. They serve substantial and fine breakfasts for all tastes with gluten free bread and various cheeses, as example.

The place was impeccably clean and quaint, it had extremely friendly and amicable staff at all times. We had fashionable, fairly quiet room with a balcony, beautiful garden plus newspaper. The airport was 5 km away. Liked our stay here and did not want to leave there.

The hotel is located in a perfect position, just minutes from a number of clean beaches. It's in a superb tropical garden, which is very well looked after. The staff at this hotel are friendly and helpful. They always greet you with a smile and are attentive to your needs. The rooms are in good condition and offer basic amenities. I especially loved the balcony facing the garden, it was very relaxing. The breakfast buffet at this hotel is fantastic. There's a good selection of dishes and the hot Spanish options are delicious.

WiFi never seemed to work, but it wasn't a big issue for us.

The hotel is located in the lovely coastal area of Los Cancajos in the Brena Baja region of La Palma, surrounded by lush green gardens that are very well looked after. The beautiful botanic gardens on the hotel grounds are a true delight, offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The staff at this hotel are super friendly and always ready to assist with any requests or questions you may have. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities and even feature amenities from l'Occitane, adding a touch of luxury to your stay. Another highlight is the delicious breakfast served at the hotel's restaurant, where you can enjoy your meal with a stunning view of the mountains.

Located in a beautiful botanic garden, this hotel is an ideal spot for nature lovers. It is just next to the beach and offers stunning views of the ocean. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with a fridge, hob, and microwave. the breakfast is good, and the staff provides a friendly service. there is a large swimming pool in the hotel, which is perfect for a refreshing dip on hot days.

The hotel wifi is not strong enough in some areas and guests may need to go to the reception to get internet access.

Spent xmas at a relaxed and chilled out hotel with a lovely spacious room, great subtropical gardens, and an inviting pool kept immaculately clean. In the morning, there was a good selection of fresh breakfast food on offer and free coffee/tea and chocolate to help you linger by the pool before getting out to explore the scenic island with flexible car rentals from nearby companies and excellent restaurants, both local and international, in the vicinity.

There were limited entertainment options with only a few evening shows, and the wifi sometimes slowed to a crawl, but it was easy to find additional fun and connectivity in the local cafes and bars with reasonable prices and excellent quality service. the quality of the satellite TV channels was not up to our expectations, so bring a book or diving gear because the black sandy beach may be challenging in certain conditions.

My partner and I just got back from the most romantic getaway. The hotel was conveniently located near the beach, making it easy for us to take morning walks and late-night strolls. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, and we could see the stunning gardens from our window. The breakfast was delicious, and we especially enjoyed the freshly squeezed juices and the wide selection of meats and fruits.

the walls were thin, and we could hear them using the bathroom and talking. But overall, we had an amazing time and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a romantic escape.
